PLEASE READ THE T/C BEFORE MAKING ORDERS
1. strictly no dead buyers or going MIA.
2. no refund/exchange of items aft sold.
3. Payments should be received first before sending you your orders.
4. All prices are inclusive of shipping charges.
5. Mode of payment: Bank transfer (to POSB Saving 109-17819-5).
6. buyers understand that colour might differ due to lighting.
7. Buyers undertake all responsibility for damage and loss of items sent by post. We are not liable for any defects/loss of items.
8. Please clarify all enquiries through emails (preferred) or tagging before placing orders.
9. Items will be mailed out or meet up only when payment is received.
10. If the items purchased happens to run out of stock or is removed from sale due to unforeseen circumstances, Management will refund the FULL amount of money to buyers, together with a letter of apology.
11. Confirmation emails will be sent out within 48 hours upon receiving of order forms. There will be STRICTLY no canceling of orders once it is confirmed by us.

Management reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without Prior notices.

Meet Ups
1. no cancellation of meetups at last minute.
2. All prices stated are in SGD.
3. Prices are EXCLUSIVE of postage fee. For normal postage:
1 item: $1.50
2-3 items: $2
5 and above: $3 first. will collect more/refund if needed.
and for registered postage, please add an additional amount of SGD2.24 to normal postage fees.
4. MEET UPS strictly from Bishan MRT to Woodlands MRT and Ngee Ann Polytechnic, and time to be to our conveniences.
5. If buyers want to meet at MRT stations not mentioned, charges will be incurred as mentioned:
Within the Red Line = $2 and others will be $3.
6. Delivery to houses is available but however, additional charges will be included depending on the place itself.
